Office Assistant (part time)

The School Office has a permanent vacancy for an Office Assistant. The role will be part-time for 20 hours a week, 9:00 to 1:00 pm Mon - Fri. The ideal candidate would be available for additional hours as required.

The Office is a busy environment and the hub of school life. The successful applicant will need to communicate with parents, pupils and staff in a professional and confidential manner. The role will include reception desk, attendance, first aid, order handling and general office duties.

Experience of the school computer management software, SIMS and a current First Aid Certificate would be desirable, but training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Working Pattern: Part-time 9:00 to 1:00pm Monday to Friday

Permanent – to start in Term 5.
